The Developers & Managers (TDM) is a premier real estate and property development company in Bangladesh. This enterprise platform consists of a high-fidelity, client-facing marketing showcase and a powerful administrative control panel. The system was engineered from the ground up to allow TDM administrators to fully manage property listings, construction project statuses, floor plans, and corporate content dynamically.

About the project
The application leverages a cutting-edge JavaScript architecture: Next.js for a blazing-fast, SEO-optimized frontend experience and NestJS for a highly structured, enterprise-grade backend API. PostgreSQL serves as the relational database engine, managed through Prisma ORM for type-safe database queries.
The architecture emphasizes hyper-reusability. Both the client-facing application and the administrative dashboard utilize a modular system where UI blocks, listing matrices, and multimedia galleries are fully driven by data configurations from the database, ensuring the site can adapt to new construction projects without requiring structural code updates.
My contributions & impact
1. End-to-End Full Stack Engineering
- Architected and built the entire system ecosystem completely solo, managing everything from the initial database migration scripts to the final deployment configurations.
- Connected the Next.js client application to the NestJS backend via fully typed, RESTful API contracts that ensured zero data mismatch during rapid feature development.
2. Figma-to-UI Translation (Next.js)
- Translated highly sophisticated Figma design mockups into a responsive, high-performance web interface, keeping absolute fidelity to typography, alignment, and modern animations.
- Engineered immersive property showcase pages that elegantly present structural specifications, location maps, and high-resolution architectural renders.
3. Database & System Administration (NestJS & PostgreSQL)
- Designed a normalized relational database schema in PostgreSQL using Prisma to model complex real estate data entities, such as multi-unit buildings, project development phases, and structural features.
- Developed a secure, custom Admin Panel featuring strict authentication and role-based access to allow the non-technical corporate management team to add, update, or archive properties and blogs.
4. Reusable Component Strategy
- Created a library of polymorphic components used across both the public site and the admin app, drastically reducing code duplication and accelerating system maintainability.
- Implemented clean image uploading and asset management pipelines to gracefully handle large blueprints and property gallery photographs.
